Excellent, the first three times it doesn't work well because it's new, but after a couple of uses it fully fulfills its function.

They are incredible, the quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable, and they are easy to assemble. Simply remove the iron and secure it with the plastic so that it stays in place, place it in the machine's weights, and hook the plastic, which acts like a flap, onto the weight below so that when you lift the weight, the one below releases the mechanism.
Very useful and convenient, especially for the price. The only downside is that they are not suitable for all machines; in some cases, the PIN is too short, but they are really super convenient.
Once i worked out how to use them was happy they make drop sets so easy
Well well well... with this we can destroy any muscle. At first, I didn't know how to use it: you load the spring and it hooks into the hole of the lower plate. When you get the first repetition, it's ready to be ejected as soon as you lower the plates completely again.
